The e-Services Philippines (ESP) 2006 CEO Forum will feature presentations of 23 international experts and executives on major outsourcing industry issues and trends. Dr. Gino Yu, associate professor and director for Digital Entertainment and Game Development, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design, is among them.
The theme of ESP 2006 conference is Global Outsourcing Outlook. It will feature discussions on emerging trends and issues specific to the IT and IT-enabled sectors (ITES) such as animation, contact centers, business process outsourcing, software development, medical transcription and engineering design.

Dr. Gino Yu received his BS and PhD at the University of California at Berkeley in 1987 and 1993 respectively. After receiving is PhD, he taught at the University of Southern California where he worked with Max Nikias to establish the Integrated Media Systems Center. In 1996, he moved to Hong Kong and taught at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology where he worked with Mark Davidson to found the Center for Enhanced Learning Technologies. In 1999, he joined The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and founded the Multimedia Innovation Centre. He is currently the Director of Digital Entertainment and Game Development in the School of Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include automated design, interactive media applications, and creativity.
