As you start to learn Software Engineering with me and other classmates, here is the first question that I would like you to think about.
What do you think about the basic skills for software engineers?
You can search the Internet about this topic. Alternatively, you can look at some recruitment advertisement on posts like software developers or programmers. Then list a number of skills that you think them important to Software Engineering, and briefly describe each of them. Finally, let us know which skills you expect to learn from the course Software Engineering and Project Management.

i will write more about that ..actually i will update my blog in the same toipc when i think the new idea,at that time i just think being a software engineer the frist think have to learn.

and I am interested what advices or directions you would give for us if we want to know how to be a real Software Engineer in the real world.
In fact, I dont know myself could be trained as a programmer or not and how to increase my competitive ability ? Is the only way to practise more and find related part-time to enchance my experience if I really want to take part in this industry?
What do u advice? And my all DEAR classmates , what are your views ? Do you feel this industry need you to take many efforts and pressure for you?
Just a INTEREST want to know all my classmates own VIRWS….I think all your sharing could me answers for “what to do”

Sarah’s opinion about SE
As I found it being a software engineering, the related solid experience is a need. We can see that the company when hire a SE, they are using resource. And predicts the SE should have the trouble shutting abilities. They must have a deep knowledge of web-scripting languages and programmes.
I was confused about the classification of web developer and software engineer. But now I get more information about this and they are simply the same. They have to make use of their techniques intend to improve the functionality and reliability of software, pay attention to detail and meet the tight deadline in team.
SE is paying in the role not only of technical field, but also the mathematical and scientific parts act as the builder of the projects.** I think they were the program of artist.**
