Via Download.com, I get this great image viewing and editing tool by FastStone Soft. This company has some other software tools that are also offered as freeware. They include Image Viewer, Screen Capture, Photo Resizer, Web Browser, Media Player, and Game (Pacman).
FastStone Soft specializes in Media Processing Research. We are developing free programs to share our ideas with people and hoping that these programs can be useful for people worldwide.
